Founded in 2011 by Owner Edward Weaver at just 25 years old, the company has steadily grown while maintaining the small, owner-operated philosophy that remains at the heart of its success.

Over the years, Weaver transitioned the business into a corporation and recently rebranded the company, but its mission has remained unchanged: providing dependable electrical expertise with integrity and professionalism.

“I don’t look at customers as numbers on a spreadsheet,” says Weaver. “I value relationships and genuinely care about the people I work with.”

That philosophy has resonated strongly throughout Orange County, where referrals and repeat clients have helped build the company’s reputation for reliability and trust.

A Passion for Problem Solving

Weaver specializes in troubleshooting electrical issues and finding practical solutions for homeowners and businesses alike. Whether diagnosing complex problems, upgrading electrical systems, or installing modern technology such as EV chargers and lighting systems, he approaches every project with precision and transparency.

“I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of figuring things out and helping people feel confident and safe with their electrical systems,” Weaver explains.

His passion for the trade began early in life. Growing up on the East Coast, Weaver was heavily influenced by his father, a general contractor licensed in multiple trades. Surrounded by construction projects from a young age, he quickly developed an appreciation for craftsmanship and hard work.

“From the time I was around 11 years old, I became very interested in electrical work and enjoyed learning how things operated and came together,” he says.

Before his father passed away, he was able to witness Weaver launch his own business — a moment that still carries deep meaning today.

Built Around Family & Community

While EW Electrical Services continues to grow, Weaver remains committed to preserving the personalized customer experience that first built the company. He believes the industry has lost some of its human connection, and he works hard to provide the kind of service he would want himself: honest, respectful, and dependable.

“I believe that personal level of service is something that’s becoming harder to find in today’s fast-paced world,” he says.

Outside of work, Weaver says family remains his greatest priority. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Angie, and a proud father to their daughters — values that directly shape the culture of his business.

“Family means everything to me, and that same mindset carries over into how I run my business,” says Weaver. who believes that success isn’t simply measured by completed projects, but by the lasting relationships formed along the way.

“I truly enjoy meeting new people, listening to their needs, and building long-lasting relationships with customers and the community,” he says. “I’m grateful for every opportunity and every person who puts their trust in our company.”
